From the family's oldest vines in the Asili cru of Barbaresco, planted between 1957 and 1999 on bluish clay and limestone marl facing south west. Bright garnet with marasca cherry and violet, then black pepper, liquorice and tar; dry, warm and soft with a long, smooth finish.
